Meet the Team

Our team is headed up by Darren and Leanne Eather, along with their children Julia and Thomas, who together with their team of thirty-five employees from farm hands to boilermakers/fabricators and mechanics operate the Bellevue Pastoral Company.

The Eather Family has its roots dating back to early 1833. James (the second son of Thomas Eather who came out on the 2nd Fleet) was noted to be walking cattle into the area and settled what is now known as Henrideni and Roseville.

Bellevue was gifted to Sydney Eather (4th Generation) as a wedding present. He named it after his wife Isabel. Julia and Thomas are the 7th Generation on the property.

Warren Eather, Darren’s father, is now semi-retired, but still can be found contributing on a daily basis to farming operations given his extensive experience at the property since the early 1960’s.

Darren and Leanne believe in surrounding themselves with good people who share the same values. They are immensely proud of their team and the family values that bind their team together.

They are supported by Tom Redfern the General Manager of Bellevue Pastoral Company. Each farming location has dedicated Farm Managers; Andy Barry oversees operations at Blackwood Park and Sapphire, Greg Cameron manages Quindalup, and Dale Witham handles Quindalup Almonds.

Behind the scenes, the Bellevue Team is bolstered by an exceptional office staff. Leigh Drady ensures seamless service and logistics, while Teegan Daley manages accounts. Emily Farr efficiently handles administrative tasks and stock control, ensuring smooth operations. Julia Eather manages our marketing initiatives, Beth Pauley manages reception and WHS. Debbie Foster oversees our human resources. Together, this cohesive unit forms the backbone of Bellevue Pastoral Company, driving us towards continued success and growth.

Given our diverse and varied operations, we are always looking for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team.  View our current vacancies.
